Ministries of CRI
Covenant Reformed Institute has as its main ministry: Christ the King Chapel (CTK). CTK serves as a Chapel for the Homiletics and Pastoral Administration/Theology Courses.
Christ the King Chapel is officially designated as a ministry of Covenant Reformed Institute (CRI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious and educational organization approved by the Internal Revenue Service. This designation is made pursuant to CRI’s mission to promote theological education, biblical worship, and faithful gospel ministry through a variety of initiatives including affiliated ministries and outreach platforms.
Christ the King Chapel functions under the spiritual and administrative oversight of CRI’s Board of Directors. While maintaining its own worship rhythm and local leadership, the chapel shares doctrinal alignment, financial accountability, and tax-exempt coverage with CRI. All donations received on behalf of Christ the King Chapel are processed through CRI’s 501(c)(3) status and are fully tax-deductible.
This designation may be publicly disclosed for purposes of donor relations, website content, and ministry representation. When referring to the chapel in official communications or media, the following phrasing is recommended: "Christ the King Chapel, a ministry of Covenant Reformed Institute (CRI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization."
